Q- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Our delivery is fast! Your order should arrive between (3-6 business days) to ensure that you wear your new outfit as soon as possible!

Q- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order status by calling / Texting us: 01100042804 ,Also you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation once you’ve placed your order.

Q- ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES?

  • Yes, however it varies from city to city

  • the shipping fees will be calculated at the end of the final payment page.

Don’t worry! your package might be coming in more than one shipment! If the delivery date has passed, please text us, we’ll reach you as soon as possible!

Since your order is being processed, your order can not be canceled. However you can choose to return the order after your recieve it, check the returns section for more information.

  

Q- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

Q-I DON’T LIKE ORDERING THINGS ONLINE. WHAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG?

This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at Qaaf, you can choose to always pay on delivery. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one, also you can give us a visit at our branches and exchange whatever you want.
